Royal Palm Beach High School Wildcat Speech And Debate Team Reaches State Finals
This past weekend, the Wildcat Speech and Debate team at Royal Palm Beach High School qualified a record breaking number of students to the state finals that will take place on March 5th and 6th, 2010 at the University School in Fort Lauderdale. The competition, held at Wellington High School, sent the top four in every event to State finals.
“Some students qualified in two different events, which is a huge honor. We journey next to Atlanta for the National Emory Barkley Forum Invitational,” said Dario Camara, director of Speech and Debate at RPBHS.

Also, Dario Camara, the director of Speech and Debate at Royal Palm Beach High School, was voted the Regional Coach of the Year. He will compete with his students for State Coach of the Year in March.
