Quarters For The Haitian Relief Fund
The Palm Springs Elementary School Community is feeling good about the $873.74 they collected from staff and faculty which was donated to the Yele Haiti Foundation. Other collection efforts from faculty and staff resulted in a $500.00 contribution that was donated to the American Red Cross – Haiti Relief– resulting in a grand total of $1,373.74!
In addition to the financial contributions, the school’s families’ generosity filled six boxes with toiletries, baby products, blankets, clothing and first aid kits. The donated items were delivered to New Beginnings Chapel in Lake Worth, an authorized drop off location for the Haitian Relief Fund.
