“We are only as strong as the communities we serve and Citibank is deeply committed to the community in Palm Beach,” said Kathryn Chase, Eastern Region President, Citibank. “Our colleagues are not just your neighbors – they are PTA volunteers and Mothers and Fathers who know the foundation of their child’s future begins in a classroom. We are happy to support the district staff and teachers to better the education experience for the students in Palm beach County. We are all in this together.”
“The resources provided by businesses like Citibank help strengthen academic instruction and enrich the educational objectives of schools,” said Jimmy Peterkin, District Business Partnership Coordinator. “One of the greatest challenges school districts face today is the reductions in public education funding. By embracing business-educational partnerships, school districts are able to offer students a more meaningful education,” he said.
