Limestone Creek Students Jump Into Beach Clean Up

Limestone Creek Elementary School recently participated in the International Coastal Beach Clean Up. Over 40 Limestone Creek students, siblings, and parents came out to help collect trash at the Carlin Park Beach in Jupiter.
Free t-shirts were given away on a first come first serve basis thanks to Pratt Whitney, one of the event sponsors.
The Limestone Creek Green Team is committed to raising student awareness about the environment. Their initiative for the 2012-13 school year is to improve Limestone Creek by developing sustainability projects, enhancing the school grounds, participating in community service projects, and creating an overall culture where going green is a priority.
