John F. Kennedy Middle School Students’ Presidential Debate Visit An Amazing Experience
Eight students from John F. Kennedy Middle School went to the final presidential debate at Lynn University armed with video cameras, digital cameras, microphones, and questions for President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney supporters. The interviews they were able to conduct and whom they were able to interview lead to an amazing night for the middle school students.
They interviewed Chris Matthews and Toure from MSNBC and many supporters from both sides of the aisle. They left that night with hours of video footage and over 500 photos.
John F. Kennedy Middle School Principal Corey Brooks, who attended the debate with his students, was amazed by what the students were able to achieve. “They went out there with their gear and conducted their interviews with a level of professionalism that left many shocked,” said Mr. Brooks. “This event was just the start of what will be an eventful year at John F. Kennedy Middle School.”
